Because we are committed to your safety and privacy, you can be certain that when you place an order with us, the most elaborate and comprehensive measures in the industry have been taken to protect your personal information.

During checkout, you have several options to make your payment:

• Secure online payment using your Visa, Master Card, Discovery credit or debit card
• Paypal
• Order by phone, calling toll free 1-866-648-0521. Please checkout via the "Pay by Telephone" option. Print the form, then call us.
• You may mail a money order or cashiers check. Checkout via the "Pay By Mail" option. Print the form and mail along with payment to the address on the form.

Orders that are undeliverable for any reason will be returned to us and you will be refunded only for the amount of the product purchased. You will not be refunded for shipping charges and/or taxes. If shipments are undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. If shipment tracking confirms the delivery of your order, we are not responsible for replacement orders or refunds. In this event, please contact the shipment carrier.

Orders that have not been shipped and then canceled will incur a 7% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing. We are trying to keep our prices as low as possible and cancellations cost us due to credit card processing fees. So, please make sure you are certain that the item(s) ordered are indeed wanted.

If an order has been shipped and you cancel, then a 7% cancellation fee will be assessed to cover credit card processing and the total shipping and handling amount of the order will be charged.

If any items in your order are out of stock, we will ship what we have immediately.

For those items that are not available at the time of your order, we cancel these items from your order. We do not have a back-order policy. Your credit card charge will be adjusted for the out-of-stock item(s) and for shipping and handling for that item. You will be notified by email and/or telephone.

All orders are shipped in plain boxes with generic labels, giving no indication of the contents within. We ship within 24 hours in most cases.

Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns, except for the following conditions:

• Item shipped is not the item you ordered.
• Then items must be un-opened and be returned in its original packaging.
• Defective item.
• The item was defective at receipt. Items must be returned in its original packaging.

In all cases, us with your intent and your reason for returning an item prior to actually sending it back to us. We will determine in a case-by-case manner, if an item is returnable. You will receive an email back from us with instructions on how and where to return your item.

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by an improper use of our products. All items on this site are sold as Novelties.
